Prince Harry reveals how he tried to calm his nerves as wife Meghan Markle gave delivery to their first child, Archie Harrison.
Writing in his memoir, Spare, the Duke of Sussex exhibits how he ate Nando’s and bought high on laughing gas to come to phrases with the labour.
He also introduced that Meghan ‘bounced on a giant crimson ball’ as she went into labour and then listened to soulful hymns’.

“Meg was so calm. I was once calm too,’ he writes in his memoir,” he added.
“But I noticed two approaches of improving my calm. One: Nando’s chicken (brought with the aid of our bodyguards). Two: A canister of laughing gas beside Meg’s bed. I took quite a few slow, penetrating hits.”
“Meg, bouncing on a massive crimson ball, a proven way of giving Nature a push, laughed and rolled her eyes. I took quite a few greater hits and now I used to be bouncing too.”
Harry then added that the docs has to give Meghan an epidural to ease her pain and ensure a easy delivery.

“The anaesthetist hurried in. Off went the music, on went the lights. Whoa. Vibe change,” he added.
After a hard labour, Archie used to be born and the love birds cried out of happiness.
