News of the second lawsuit has hit the media on the day of Meghan Markle's 41st birthday.
Meanwhile, Prince Harry has already received his first prison warfare over his protection preparations in the UK.
The Duke of Sussex launched his first lawsuit in February after Home Office refused to permit him to pay for his own protection at some point of future journeys to UK.
On Friday, the HC judge granted permission for part of Harry’s declare to have a judicial review.
“The utility for permission to follow for judicial review is allowed in part and refused in part,” said Mr Justice Swift.
"In the direction of submissions it became obvious that while the claimant may additionally have had disagreements with individuals who have been Ravec committee members, there was once no evidence at all to aid a claim that any committee member had approached selections with a closed mind, or that both choice was once affected via bias."
